Cannellini Bean Hummus

  • 1 can cannellini beans, drained
  • 1 can cannellini beans with liquid
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • Juice of 1 large lemon
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 2 teaspoons ground cumin
  • Dash sea salt


  1. Place all ingredients in blender or Vitamix
  2. Blend on high for 1 minute until fully incorporated and mixture is smooth
  3. Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving

Enjoy as a dip or spread on a sandwich!
