Chick-fil-A Sauce (Homemade Protein Edit)

Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt  (preferably non-fat or 2%)
  • 2 tbsp light mayonnaise  (use a clean version like Primal Kitchen or Hellmann’s Light)
  • 2 tbsp honey (or to taste)
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tbsp onion powder
  • Pinch of smoked paprika (optional for depth)
  • salt & pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a small bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurtlight mayonnaise, and honey until smooth.
  • Add the Dijon mustardapple cider vinegargarlic powderonion powder, and a pinch of smoked paprika (if using). Stir until combined.
  • Taste and adjust with more honey for sweetness or vinegar for tang, depending on your preference.
  • Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
