Ingredients
- 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt (preferably non-fat or 2%)
- 2 tbsp light mayonnaise (use a clean version like Primal Kitchen or Hellmann’s Light)
- 2 tbsp honey (or to taste)
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 tbsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tbsp onion powder
- Pinch of smoked paprika (optional for depth)
- salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, light mayonnaise, and honey until smooth.
- Add the Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, and a pinch of smoked paprika (if using). Stir until combined.
- Taste and adjust with more honey for sweetness or vinegar for tang, depending on your preference.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
