Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal
If you aren't a fan of instant oatmeal, you'll want to try this recipe. This breakfast is full of fiber and whole grains, it is guaranteed to keep you full until lunch. You can also make this recipe like overnight oats (see notes at the end of the page).

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats dry
- 1/4 apple cubed
- 1/2 tsp brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- Splash of milk
Instructions
- Over medium heat, boil 1 cup of water to a pot. Once boiling, add the oats.
- Add 1/2 of the cut apples to the pot and let cook. Then, add the sugar and cinnamon.
- Cook until the oats are soft (5-7 minutes) and pour into a bowl. Add the milk and top the oats with a sprinkle of brown sugar, and the remaining apples (see notes for more topping ideas).
Notes
You can top the oatmeal with any of your favorite combinations. Some other things you could add include, bananas, greek yogurt, granola, nuts, chia seeds, flax seeds, lecithin, and bee pollen.
To make overnight oats, add all the ingredients into a container and cover the contents with milk. Refridgerate overnight and enjoy the next day.
