ABOUT PAIGE MANDEL
Paige Mandel, MS, RD, CDN, is a registered dietitian who specializes in treating anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, binge eating disorder, Avoidant Restrictive Food Intake Disorder (ARFID), as well as disordered eating and orthorexia. In addition, she specializes in pediatric nutrition. Paige is passionate about empowering others to transform their relationship with food and body. She currently meets with clients for nutrition sessions and mindful meal support therapy in the NYC office and virtually.
Paige adores working with families and children, helping selective eaters become adventurous eaters. She has significant experience working with the nutritional needs of children who have been diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
Paige received her Bachelor of Science in Health and Fitness at the University of Michigan in 2018. She graduated from the first cohort of Hunter College’s ACEND accredited Integrated Program in Nutrition and Dietetics (IPND) in May 2020, which combined the course work to receive her Master of Science in Nutrition, and a supervised-practice dietetic internship.
Through clinical experience at NY Harbor VA Hospital in NYC and a supervised internship at Laura Cipullo Whole Nutrition + Yoga, Paige gained invaluable clinical and counseling experience helping clients with a range of eating disorders (ARFID, anorexia and more), body dysmorphia, prenatal and pediatric nutrition.
Paige is currently training under the supervision of Laura Cipullo, RD, CEDRD-S to become credentialed as a Certified Eating Disorder Registered Dietitian (CEDRD).
