ABOUT PAIGE MANDEL, MS, RD
Paige is passionate about empowering others to transform their relationship with food and body. She received her Bachelor of Science in Health and Fitness at the University of Michigan in 2018. She graduated from the first cohort of Hunter College’s ACEND accredited Integrated Program in Nutrition and Dietetics (IPND) in May 2020, which combined the course work to receive her Master of Science in Nutrition, and a supervised-practice dietetic internship.
Through clinical experience at NY Harbor VA Hospital in NYC and a supervised internship at Laura Cipullo Whole Nutrition + Yoga, Paige gained invaluable clinical and counseling experience helping clients with a range of eating disorders (ARFID, anorexia and more), body dysmorphia, prenatal and pediatric nutrition. She currently meets with nutrition clients who are working on recovery from eating disorders for nutrition sessions and mindful meal support therapy in the NYC office and virtually.
She adores working with families and children, helping selective eaters become adventurous eaters. Paige has significant experience working with the nutritional needs of children who have been diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
College students can join Paige on Sunday evenings for a virtual group, Paige’s Nutrition Palette, to discuss all things nutrition and wellness. Students eat dinner with friends while learning how to paint their authentic picture of wellness. Paige provides free nutrition sessions with Project Heal scholarship recipients under the supervision of Laura Cipullo, RD, CEDRD-S.
Schedule an appointment with Paige to learn how to breathe, bend and nourish, both emotionally and physically. She is here to help you embrace a more loving relationship with food and body so that you can discover a happier, healthier you from childhood through adulthood.
