  • Large Bowl
  • Serving Platter

Ingredients

  • 7-8 lb Bone-in Ham spiral cut
  • ½ cup Brown sugar
  • ¼ cup Honey
  • 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
  • ¼ cup Apple cider
  • 1 Tbsp Cumin powder
  • ½ Tbsp Ground cinnamon
  • Cranberry sauce for serving (optional)

Instructions

  • Bake the Ham: Preheat oven to 275°F.  Add ½ cup water to a roasting pan, place the rack on top, and position the ham flat side down.  Score the surface with shallow cuts (¼-inch deep).  Cover with foil and bake for 2 hours until the internal temperature reaches 135°F.
  • Add the Glaze: Increase oven temperature to 425°F. In a bowl, mix brown sugar, honey, mustard, apple cider, cumin, and cinnamon until smooth. Remove the ham, brush half of the glaze over it, and bake uncovered for 15 minutes. Brush on the remaining glaze and bake for another 15 minutes until caramelized.
  • Serve: Transfer the ham to a platter, drizzle with pan drippings, slice, and serve with cranberry sauce.
