Cannellini Bean Hummus Recipe: A Creamy, Savory Spread

Ingredients:
- 1 can cannellini beans, drained
- 1 can cannellini beans with liquid
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- Juice of 1 large lemon
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 2 teaspoons ground cumin
- Dash sea salt
Directions:
- Place all ingredients in blender or Vitamix
- Blend on high for 1 minute until fully incorporated and mixture is smooth
- Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving
Enjoy as a dip or spread on a sandwich!
