Team USA Berry Parfait Breakfast

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup wheat berries cooked
- 1 small apple diced with skin on
- 1 tbsp walnuts
- 3/4 cup non-fat plain Greek yogurt
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tbsp chia seeds
Optional Toppings
- 1/2 tbsp granola
- 1/8 cup blueberries
Instructions
- Mix wheat berries, apples, walnuts, cinnamon, and chia seeds in a small bowl. In another bowl, scoop Greek yogurt and layer the fruit mixture on top. Sprinkle with fresh blueberries and wheat germ and enjoy.
