  • 1 15- ounce canned pumpkin
  • 2 tablespoons tahini
  • 1 garlic clove chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley finely chopped
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon cumin
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions
 

  • In a food processor, combine ingredients until smooth and creamy. If hummus is too thick, you can add 1 tablespoon of water at a time until desired consistency.
