Valentines (or anytime!) Dates

These no-bake dates are a delicious sweet snack that literally taste like snickers, yet are made of real, whole ingredients.


  • 10 oz pitted dates
  • Dark Chocolate Melting Wafers
  • Coconut Oil
  • Natural Peanut Butter
  • Graham Crackers
  • Sprinkles (optional, + any topping of your choice!)



  1. Cut or spread open pitted dates
  2. Fill each date with about ½ tsp of peanut butter or nut butter of your choice
  3. Crush graham crackers in a separate bowl and sprinkle into each date
  4. Pinch the dates together (they don’t have to be glued shut!)
  5. Add Melting Wafers (or traditional chocolate chips) to a microwave safe small bowl with ~1 tsp of coconut oil to help with smooth texture
  6. Microwave chocolate and coconut oil together in 30 second intervals mixing between to avoiding burning, until reached desired smoothness
  7. Place each individual date in the melted chocolate, using a spoon or fork swirling the date until it is fully “dipped”
  8. Place each chocolate dipped date on a lined parchment paper tray
  9. Sprinkle toppings
  10. Freeze for ~20-30 minutes
  11. ENJOY!!



These can stay stored in the fridge or freezer for up to 2 weeks. Pro Tip: if you choose the freezer option, let them sit for a few minutes before serving for optimal texture consistency!
