Dietetic Student Taylor Wallach and Laura Cipullo have been on the search for an easy gluten free pizza crust that doesn't hurt your belly with extra added fiber. We found the perfect crust that will leave your mouth watering for more!
- 1 gluten free flatbread, O’Dough’s ~1/8 cup tomato sauce~1/8 cup shredded parmesan cheese2-3 TBSP vegan pesto, Gotham Greens
- 1. Preheat oven to 400o F2. Place frozen flatbread on an un-greased baking sheet. Bake until crust is slightly crisp, about 3-5 minutes.3. Remove crust from oven and spread 2-3 TBSP pesto on the crust. 4. Pour tomato sauce and spread over crust with pesto sauce. 5. Sprinkle ~1/8 cup parm cheese.6. Return to oven and cook for another 2-3 minutes, until cheese is melted.7. Let cool slightly and enjoy!
