Spaghetti and Turkey Meatballs

Serves 4


Uncooked pasta: 8 oz + additional 2.6-2.7 oz

1 lb ground turkey
~1.5 25 oz jars of tomato sauce
1 egg
1 tbsp dried parsley
1-2 tbsp dried oregano
1 tbsp dried basil
2 tsp garlic powder
1 garlic clove (minced)
1/4 tsp pepper
2 tsp grated Parmesan
1 slice bread, cut into cubes

Cook pasta.
Sauté garlic.
Combine turkey, egg, spices, cheese, sautéed garlic, egg, and bread cubes in a bowl. Mix and form into 12 balls.

Heat deep skillet on stove. Add meatballs and brown them. Add tomato sauce to the skillet. Set timer for ~25-30 min, until meatballs are cooked through.
