For tweens and teens wanting to develop a healthy relationship with food and body. This class is a moving meditation on the yoga mat while teaching girls to accept their mind/body and honor its’ cue’s off the mat.
For girls to develop a loving relationship with their bodies! Move with your body not against it and learn all bodies fit. This is peace, love and poses!
Winter/Spring Series (10 week Series). Kids get to be kids with painting for 25 minutes and yoga for 25 minutes. Each week Meagan Janson, RYT (and Karma Kids Certified) will facilitate class around a theme.
Projects will include Paint Your Own Yoga Mat, Beading Breathing Bracelets, Calm Canvas Painting, Positive Mantra Rocks, and Creating Yoga Mandalas and Dream Catchers.
The yoga portion of class will consist of breathing and relaxation techniques for kids, learning fun yoga poses and of course making friends.
Supplies included in class fee except cost of the yoga mat for painting.
10 Weeks $300.00 Starts Thursday, January 10, 2019. Get creative through art and moving your body. Spend 25 minutes painting and 25 minutes flowing. This is a laid back class meant to allow for self expression.
