2020 Semester Yoga Classes

Semester-Long Classes

We offer semester-long (ranging from 4 to 14 weeks) classes plus drop-in classes. Please register online for all of our classes or email LifestyleLounge@LauraCipullo.com to reserve a spot. Download our app Laura Cipullo Nutrition and Yoga for easy scheduling and reserve time for self-care. 

For first-time students, our Closter building is set back with a private parking area in front for customers. 

This is the no judgment zone – leave bias at the door and come with an open mind. 

Wear comfy clothes and bring a mat.

EmpowHer Mondays at 5:15 pm 3.2.20 – 3.31.20
 
Join us for five Mondays starting 3.2.20 with NYU Dietetic Intern, Michelle Barry, RYT to weave yoga philosophy, specifically the Yamas  and nutrition messaging into a free one hour class. Class will be themed around the one Yama per class. 
 

Class will close with a 15 meditation. While class is free, we encourage you to donate $10.00 per class to the Project Heal. 

For girls to develop a loving relationship with their bodies! Move with your body not against and learn all bodies fit.

Girl Power Hour ages 6-9 years old

Join us for five Mondays starting 3.2.20 with NYU Dietetic Intern, Michelle Barry, RYT to weave yoga and nutrition messaging into a free one hour class. Class starts with a 15 minute meditation and will be themed around a book promoting compassion, lovingkindness and or health. While class is free, we encourage you to donate $10.00 per class to the American Cancer Society. 
 
For girls to develop a loving relationship with their bodies! Move with your body not against and learn all bodies fit. This is peace, love and poses!
