Nutrition services are considered Medical Nutrition Therapy and are Out of Network. Sliding scale may be available and super-bills may be requested at time of service.
Cancellation Policy
- 48-hour cancellation for first-time and less frequent clients (non-standing appointments)
- 1 week cancellation for clients with standing appointments
