Laura and I are so excited to introduce Be Your Own Nutritionist, our newest online course.
After working with hundreds of clients, we kept noticing the same thing: so many people were craving the guidance we offer in session, but didn’t always have access to ongoing 1:1 support. Some needed a more budget-friendly option. Others wanted a flexible, self-paced way to learn. And many simply wished they could “take the session home” and have the tools to connect the dots between what we discuss and what actually happens day-to-day.

Inside the course, you’ll find the core components we would teach you in session, translated into real-life tools you can actually use: guided exercises, examples, worksheets, and scenarios that help you apply the concepts to your own body and your own routines.
Each module includes:
- A core lesson on nutrition and the mind–body connection — exploring macronutrients, micronutrients, the four types of hunger, and the role of your nervous system
- A mindfulness practice to help you reconnect with your body’s cues and inner wisdom
- An empowerment activity to help you apply what you’ve learned in your daily life
The course also features a bonus guided loving-kindness meditation to deepen self-compassion and support a more peaceful relationship with food.
