Crispy Kale Chips

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 bunch kale, washed trimmed and cut into 2-inch leaves
  • olive oil spray
  • 1/4 tsp. sea salt
 
METHOD
Preheat the oven to 375°F. Spray olive oil on two large baking sheets.Trim the stem ends off the kale and cut or tear the leaves into 2-inch pieces. Split the kale into two even batches and spread them into a single layer on the baking sheet. Lightly spray with olive oil and lightly sprinkle with sea salt. Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the edges are brown and crispy but not burnt.
