First off, a BIG thank you to everyone who helped make today’s Mommy Blogger’s Muncheon an incredible success. Thank you to all who attended, participated and to Citibabes, Kinected, SOL Sunflower Milk, Jennifer Lee Photography, Soft Serve Fruit Co and Time Out New York for providing donations for our goodie bags.With the launching of The Mommy Manual Series, it has been a pleasure to be able to share one of the books from the series—Healthy Habits.  Hopefully this event inspired more families to help their children develop a positive relationship with eating and to look at food through a neutral lens.

Remember, Healthy Habits is a program that can be led by anyone—a mom, teacher, caregiver or health facilitator!

Healthy Habits is available for purchase online (click here to order). Upon purchasing the program, you will receive a time-sensitive pass code to download the program to your computer. The program contains 8 lesson plans with accompanying handouts and homework assignments, as well as Healthy Habits’s Color-Coded Food Choices. The program can be modified for different age groups but was designed for children between 8 and 12. Healthy Habits is available for a low cost of $65, in an effort to make this needed program available to every person who impacts a child’s state of health.
