What to eat - for families

Calling all feeders and eaters! Whether it is time to get pregnant or time to feed the family, it can be overwhelming. Your doctor may say you have PCOS, your oldest child may refuse to eat, or the pediatrician may tell you that your daughter is overweight. Hold it right there! You need a registered dietitian. Not only do you need a RD, but you need someone who specializes in eating disorders. This is not because you or your child has an eating disorder, but because we are the experts who help prevent eating disorders.

Laura Cipullo Whole Nutrition Services RDs promote “Positive Nutrition.” As a mom herself, Laura knows the ins and outs of all food conundrums (which she openly shares along with other mommy RDs under the blog category of Mom Dishes It Out (MDIO)). Our dietitians are aware that foods are readily available. You and your children must know how to handle these countless options, whether it be during pregnancy or a child’s meal at a birthday party. While we believe in organic, sustainable foods the majority of the time, we definitely love cupcakes some of the time; hence our motto “Eat Kale and Cupcakes,” as seen on our tanks and bags!
