Yoga Classes

We offer semester-long (ranging from 4 to 14 weeks) classes plus drop-in classes. This is the no judgment zone – leave bias at the door and come with an open mind. Wear comfy clothes and bring a mat.

Foundations

For children and teens with developmental delays who want a safe, inclusive place to just be themselves. In this semester-long class students will learn mindfulness, yoga poses, and develop a sense of self-worth. Foundation instructor Megan DePiero is ABA trained. Little Gods and Goddesses – Ages 2-3-years-old

For little yogis with their mamas/papas/caregivers to love and move with their bodies, and breathe with their bellies. Themed classes.  Join at any time. Ten percent discount for siblings.  Thursdays at 10:30 am. Click here to register.

Girl Power Hour – Ages 5-7-years-old

For girls to develop a loving relationship with their bodies! Move with your body not against it and learn all bodies fit. This is peace, love and poses! All  8 week clients get a “Peace, Love and Poses” T-shirt. Join any time. Email LifestyleLounge@LauraCipullo.com

Girl Power Hour – Ages 7-10-years-old

For girls to develop a loving relationship with their bodies! Move with your body not against it and learn all bodies fit. This is peace, love and poses! Each girl receives a “Peace, Love and Poses” t-shirt when she registers for 8 weeks or longer. Mondays 5:15 pm – 6:15pm. Click here to register.

ED Warriors – Ages 16-years-old through Adult

Change your relationship with food, body and exercise, through yoga. This is not a calorie burning activity rather an opportunity to work with your body and get back to yoga basics. Classes are lead by experts in the field of eating disorders including a L’ifestyle Lounge RD and or a LCSW. This class is running as an 8 week series every other week for the Fall of 2017. EmpowHER – Ages 11-14-years-old

For tweens and teens to develop a healthy relationship with food and body. This semester-long class is a moving meditation on and off the yoga mat, teaching girls body acceptance and mindfulness. Two sessions include mindful eating and nutrition education by a staff registered dietitian. Think compassion and kindness. Join at anytime. This Fall of 2017, RD, CEDRD and founder Laura Cipullo will guide class Tuesdays at 4:45 pm. Click here to register.

Paint and Poses Yoga Series –  Ages 3-5  and Ages 6-9

Starts the week of September 24th! Get creative through art and moving your body. Spend 25 minutes painting and 25 minutes flowing. This is a laid back class meant to allow for self expression. We encourage parents to purchase a ten pack  to save 25 % on each class and allow for flexibility in dates. Ten packs for $150.00 expire 2/28/2018. Purchase now.

Wise Warriors – Ages 14-16-years-old

Yoga basics for older boys to learn how to be grounded as well as flexible on and off the yoga mat. Each class consists of a Vinyasa flow while learning how to breathe mindfully, while instilling self-confidence and self-acceptance.
