For children and teens with developmental delays who want a safe, inclusive place to just be themselves. In this semester-long class students will learn mindfulness, yoga poses, and develop a sense of self-worth. Foundation instructor Megan DePiero is ABA trained. ED Warriors – Ages 16-years-old through Adult
Change your relationship with food, body and exercise, through yoga. This is not a calorie burning activity rather an opportunity to work with your body and get back to yoga basics. Classes are lead by experts in the field of eating disorders including a L’ifestyle Lounge RD and or a LCSW. This class is running as an 8 week series every other week for the Fall of 2017. EmpowHER – Ages 11-14-years-old
For tweens and teens to develop a healthy relationship with food and body. This semester-long class is a moving meditation on and off the yoga mat, teaching girls body acceptance and mindfulness. Two sessions include mindful eating and nutrition education by a staff registered dietitian. Think compassion and kindness. Join at anytime. Paint and Poses Yoga Series – Ages 3-5 and Ages 6-9
Starts the week of September 24th! Get creative through art and moving your body. Spend 25 minutes painting and 25 minutes flowing. This is a laid back class meant to allow for self expression.
