We offer semester-long (ranging from 4 to 14 weeks) classes plus drop-in classes. This is the no judgment zone – leave bias at the door and come with an open mind. Wear comfy clothes and bring a mat.
Semester-Long Classes (Ranging from 4 to 14 weeks)
For children and teens with developmental delays who want a safe, inclusive place to just be themselves. In this semester-long class students will learn mindfulness, yoga poses, and develop a sense of self-worth. Foundation instructors Megan DePiero and Danielle Christen have their Masters in Education and are ABA trained. We will work with you to determine which class best meets your child’s needs. Little Gods and Goddesses – Ages 2-3-years-old
For little yogis with their mamas/caregivers to love and move with their bodies, and breathe with their bellies. Themed classes. Join at any time. Ten percent discount for siblings. Tuesdays at 11 am and Thursdays at 10 am. Click here to register.

Girl Power Hour – Ages 5-7-years-old
For girls to develop a loving relationship with their bodies! Move with your body not against it and learn all bodies fit. This is peace, love and poses! All grill get a “Peace, Love and Poses” T-shirt. Join any time. Mondays at 3:45 pm. Click here to register.

For girls to develop a loving relationship with their bodies! Move with your body not against it and learn all bodies fit. This is peace, love and poses! Each girl receives a mindful coloring book and an “Eat Kale and Cupcakes” tank. Fridays at 3:45pm. Click here to register.

For tweens and teens to develop a healthy relationship with food and body. This semester-long class is a moving meditation on and off the yoga mat, teaching girls body acceptance and mindfulness. To empower young women and help them develop a healthy relationship with food and body. Wise Warriors – Ages 8-13-years-old
Yoga basics for boys to gain strength of mind and body, confidence and resilience. Each class consists of a Vinyasa flow while learning how to breathe mindfully. Join at anytime. Sundays at 3 pm. Click here to register.

Yoga basics for older boys to learn how to be grounded as well as flexible on and off the yoga mat. Each class consists of a Vinyasa flow while learning how to breathe mindfully, while instilling self-confidence and self-acceptance. Join at anytime. Saturdays at 10:15 am.

Rock, Sweat and Glow – Ages 16-years-old through Adult
Build internal heat in this fast paced Vinyasa class, set to a mix of pop, rock, hip-hop and rap. You will also focus on bending AND breathing in this moving mediation. You will leave happy and one step closer to your own nirvana. In order to allow you to create your own experience, instructor demonstration will be very limited. Breathe and Bend – Ages 16-years-old through Adult
This is an Ashtanga-Inspired class that builds strength, teaches focus and delivers energy. Learn how to bind breath with movement enabling greater oxygen flow and a deeper understanding of yoga. Open Yoga – Ages 16-years-old through Adult
This is the class for every person and appropriate for all levels. There is no right or wrong. Guide your body by working with sensations to flow into and out of the poses, while being mindful of breath and gaze. The class sequence will vary offering time for inversions and posture assistance. Mondays at 10:45 am and 6:15 pm; Tuesdays at 9:30 am; Thursdays at 7 pm; Friday at 9:30 am and 7 pm. Sundays at 11:30 am and 5:15 pm. Click here to book class.
Buddha Bodies – Ages 16-years-old through Adult
Beginner yoga for all body types, or for anyone who wants to get comfortable moving in their own body. Class is guided by Certified Eating Disorder RD and RYT Laura Cipullo. Self care begins here. ED Warriors – Ages 16-years-old through Adult
Change your relationship with food, body and exercise, through yoga. This is not a calorie burning activity rather an opportunity to work with your body and get back to yoga basics. Classes are lead by experts in the field of eating disorders including a L’ifestyle Lounge RD and or a LCSW. This class is offered as a drop in class for the months of March and April 2017. Prenatal Bliss – For Pregnant Yogis
