Drop-In Yoga Classes 

All drop-in classes are 55 minutes. Towels are available. Water and mats are available for purchase.

Open Yoga – Ages 16-years-old through Adult

This is the class for every person and appropriate for all levels. There is no right or wrong. Guide your body by working with sensations to flow into and out of the poses, while being mindful of breath and gaze. The class sequence will vary offering time for inversions and posture assistance.

Mondays at 8 pm; Wednesdays at 10:30 am; Fridays at 9:30 am; Sundays at 10 am and 11 am. Click here to book class.

 

Buddha Flow – Ages 16-years-old through Adult

Beginner yoga for all body types, or for anyone who wants to get comfortable moving in their own body. This is our signature class! Class is guided by Certified Eating Disorder RD and RYT Laura Cipullo, Elyssa Toomey, RD, RYT or Christine Dunn, RYT and teacher. Self care begins here. Come with a compassionate mind and get ready to find your pride.

Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7:15 pm. Optional 30 min meditation class is offered 8:15 pm to 8:45 pm on Tuesday nights.  Click here to book class.

 

Prenatal Bliss – For Pregnant Yogis

Join our Certified Prenatal Yoga Instructor as you learn to flow through your pregnancy.

Aging Gracefully – For Adults

For anyone who wants a gentle yoga class that includes progressive relaxation techniques. Inhale peace and exhale stress. Learn to move with your body, not against. Chairs, meditation cushions and blocks are available.

Rock, Sweat and Glow  – Ages 16-years-old through Adult

Build internal heat in this fast paced Vinyasa class, set to a mix of pop, rock, hip-hop and rap. You will also focus on bending AND breathing in this moving mediation. You will leave happy and one step closer to your own nirvana. In order to allow you to create your own experience, instructor demonstration will be very limited. Experienced beginners to advanced levels. Heated to 80 degrees.

Breathe and Bend – Ages 16-years-old through Adult

This is an Ashtanga-Inspired class that builds strength, teaches focus and delivers energy. Learn how to bind breath with movement enabling greater oxygen flow and a deeper understanding of yoga. Chair Yoga – For Adults

Paint and Poses Yoga Series –  Ages 3-5  and Ages 6-9

Starts the week of September 24th! Get creative through art and moving your body. Spend 25 minutes painting and 25 minutes flowing. This is a laid back class meant to allow for self expression. We encourage parents to purchase a ten pack  to save 50% on each class and allow for flexibility in dates. Ten packs for $100.00 expire 12/31/2017. Purchase now

Wise Warriors/Yoga for Young Athletes – Ages 8-13-years-old

Yoga basics for our boy athletes to gain strength of mind and body, confidence and resilience. Each class consists of a Vinyasa flow while learning how to breathe mindfully. Join at anytime. Fall class is focusing on flexibility and focus for football and soccer.
